A man from Pevely Missouri was injured and a woman was arrested after an accident Saturday night in Texas County. The highway Patrol reports that 21-year-old Austin Norris was injured when 32-year-old Jennifer Hendrix failed to negotiate a curve and drove off the road, hit a fence and overturned. Hendrix was arrested on a felony warrant from Texas County for aggravated assault, two felony warrant from Jefferson County for possession of a controlled substance, 3 misdemeanor warrants from Jefferson County for larceny, a misdemeanor warrants from Texas County for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor warrants from the Licking PD for failure to show proof on insurance, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
