A Horseshoe Bend man was arrested after a traffic stop on highway 289. 36-year-old Zachary Montgomery was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, no vehicle license and no proof of insurance. He will be in court March 30th in Izard County. His bond was set at $12,860.
