A Mountain Home woman charged with criminal attempt to commit first degree murder has been found not guilty. 37-year-old Mika Seay was charged with criminal attempt to commit first degree murder, domestic battery and commission of a felony with a firearm. The victim, 33-year-old Stephen Loosey had claimed that he shot himself accidentally through his own negligence, but the state still charged Seay.
