A Mountain Home woman involved in a traffic accident has been arrested on several charges. 36-year-old Stephanie Manuel was arrested on an outstanding warrant in connection with an accident on March 26th. Manuel is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor DWI and careless driving. She was released after posting $2,500 bond.
