A man from Oregon arrested last November in connection with the murder of Rebekah Gould 16 years ago in Izard County has allegedly confessed to the murder. According to the affidavit, 44-year-old William Alma Miller confessed to law enforcement to the 2004 murder of 22-year-old Rebekah Gould, who’s body was found wrapped in a blanket and dumped along highway 9 outside of Melbourne. Gould’s cause of death is believed to be one or more blows to the head. The affidavit was released in the case on Wednesday.
