A Mountain Grove man was arrested by the Highway patrol in Webster County. 51-year-old Jeffery Whitman was charged with possession of 10 grams or less marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on a Wright County warrant, failure to appear on a Webster County warrant and a traffic offense of no seat belt. He was taken to the webster County Jail.
