The Oregon County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man from Alton on a felony charge. 21-year-old Dalton James Hylton was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for felony third degree domestic assault and for misdemeanor fourth degree assault. He is being held in the Thayer Jail with bond set at $40,000.
