Birch Tree Man Arrested On Howell County Warrant

A Birch Tree man was arrested on a felony Howell County warrant. 48 year old Scott McCarty was arrested by the Highway patrol on a Howell County warrant for burglary. He was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
