A man facing felony rape charges in Baxter County has died in another county. 62-year-old Jerry Donald Busch was scheduled to appear in court in Baxter County Thursday but when his name was called, the Prosecutor told the judge he had been informed by a law enforcement agency in another county that Busch had been found dead. Busch was facing charges of rape and endangering the welfare of a minor. Authorities have not released the cause of death for Busch.
