A man wanted on warrants in both Izard and Stone counties and his wife have been arrested in Batesville. 43-year-old Christopher day and his wife 40-year-old Crystal Day were both arrested at the Ramada in Batesville. The Days were reportedly in possession of a plastic baggie with a large quantity of meth, drug paraphernalia, and over $1,000 in cash. Christopher Day is charged with possession of meth, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft by receiving. He is also charged as a habitual offender and his bond was set at $75,000. Crystal Day was charged with possession of meth, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Her bond was set at $5,000.
