The Izard County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the drowning of a Salem Arkansas Man on Crown lake in Horseshoe Bend. The Sheriff’s office was notified just before 11 Friday morning. 38-year-old Charles Lafevers was pulled into the spillway while he attempted to unclog a drain from the recent flooding.
