A Baxter County inmate faces charges for allegedly trying to steal drugs from the nurse at the jail. 30-year-old Timothy Allan Clark of Calico Rock was being held for non-payment of fines and now has six new charges, including felony counts of possession of a schedule III-controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, delivery of a schedule III, controlled substance, third degree escape, breaking or entering and theft of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $25,000.
