A man accused of shooting at his wife and child has been arrested in Stone County. Authorities say that 31-year-old William Austin Vickers of Pleasant Grove was arrested southeast of Mountain View Arkansas. Vickers is also accused of fighting with deputies who tried to arrest him. Vickers is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member, felony aggravated assault, felony possession of a firearm by a certain person, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, and felony possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $100,000
