| Timothy Copes, 40, of Oxford was arrested May 10 and charged with theft by receiving and possession of a firearm by a certain person. Bond was set at $10,000.
Matthew Sutterfield, 46, of Mountain Home was arrested May 11 and charged with failure to appear and absconding. Jordan Tyler Griffin, 26 of Oxford was arrested May 12 and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. A cash bond was set at $200. Kayla Lynn Foster, 32, of Dolph was arrested May 13 for violation of the omnibus DWI Act. Derrick Foster, 40, of Dolph was arrested May 14 and is on hold for another agency. Valine Langston, 36, of Brockwell was arrested May 14 was jailed on a commitment order. Justin Smith, 34, of Mount Pleasant was arrested May 16 and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. |
