A woman from Van Buren suffered moderate injuries in an accident south of Van Buren. 56-year-old Haley Harner was injured when 54-year-old Joseph Harner drove off the road and hit a tree. Joseph Harner was charged with DWI-Drugs, no insurance and failure to drive of the right half of the roadway. Haley Harner was flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Skyline Drive, 5 miles south of Van Buren.
