A man from Birch Tree was arrested by the Highway patrol Monday afternoon on felony charges. 49-year-old Gary Bellew was arrested on a felony Howell County warrant for burglary, a felony Howell County warrant for a parole violation, and misdemeanor warrants from Mountain View and Oregon County. Bellew was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
