A West Plains man was arrested in Ozark County for stalking and violating a protection order. 41-year-old Michael Mason was taken to Ozark County jail and is charged with stalking and violating an ex-parte order of protection for an adult victim. Mason has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Mason is considered a persistent offender with previous arrests in Arizona and Kansas.
