A man from Eldon has been arrested in Texas C9ounty for allegedly stealing air conditioning units in Raymondville and Licking. 42-year-old Phillip Giller was arrested and charged with stealing over $750 and institutional vandalism. He is being held in Texas County on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
