During the Memorial Day Holiday weekend there is always a lot of traffic on the roadways and this year there are expected to be millions hitting the roads now that that the number of COVID 19 cases is starting to decline. We talked to Sargent Jeff Kinder with the Missouri State Highway patrol in Willow Springs who said there is always an increased presence of law enforcement during the holidays
