A woman from Eminence was arrested in Texas County Saturday on felony charges. The highway patrol arrested 33-year-old Theresa Haynes for felony possession of controlled substance meth, possession of marijuana, 10 grams or less, possession of paraphernalia, speeding, and no seat belt. She was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
