We now know the name of the driver in the stolen vehicle.
28-year-old Juan Lopez of Riverdale, Georgia is facing charges of reckless driving, felony fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property, and possession of a controlled substance.
Lopez is being held in the Lawrence County Detention Center.
