A Houston Missouri man was arrested in a child porn case.
Billy Hayes Sr is facing charges of allegedly possessing and sharing child pornography.
In April, a Phelps County Deputy was assigned to the case to investigate of tip to the Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children division.
While investigating, the deputy found multiple photos and videos of child porn, and the suspect was identified as Hayes.
He was taken to the Texas County jail in late May. His bond is being set at $400,000.
