A Mountain View Arkansas man faces charges of negligent homicide in connection with a fatal tractor accident in Izard County. 22-year-old Lance Lee Dayton Johnson was charged with negligent homicide and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license. Johnson was driving the tractor that had stalled in the roadway when Cody Killingsworth of Oklahoma approached the tractor. The tractor began rolling and hit Killingsworth. The accident happened on Highway 58 Monday morning.
