An accident involving a Polaris Razor resulted in a Willow Springs resident in serious condition and the driver being arrested.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, driver Jonathan Cunningham and passenger Cody Letterman attempted to make a rapid left turn, causing the Polaris to overturn.
Both men were taken to Ozarks Healthcare, Letterman was reported to be in serious condition at the scene.
Cunningham is being charged with felony driving while intoxicated causing serious injury, misdemeanor traveling in a careless and imprudent driving manner causing an accident.
