Two Illinois residents were arrested on felony drug charges Saturday in Carter County. 24 year old Brandon Allen and 23 year old Austin Place both from Edwardsville Illinois were arrested Saturday afternoon around 12:30 on charges of felony possession of cocaine. both were cited and released.
