
The Mountain Home School District has released is guidelines for the 2021-2022 school year with COVID-19.
According to Superintendent of the District, Jake Long, those who are fully vaccinated and have been identified as probable close contacts will be allowed to remain in school, but have to self-monitor for symptoms.
Those who are not fully vaccinated and have been identified as close contact may be tested on the 7th day of quarantine and return to school with a negative result on the 8th day and wear a mask until the 14th day.
Mountain Home Schools will host a vaccination clinic for ages 12 and up at the Dunbar Auditorium lobby on Thursday, July 15 from 1-4 pm.
The school made it clear in a press release that no one is required to get the vaccine but wanted to show what ADH guidelines were for the upcoming school year.
