Missouri State Highway Patrol reports arrests of two sex offenders, two others

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of multiple people from Friday and one early morning arrest on Saturday.

According to Troop G of MSHP, 68-year-old John Hooper of Birch Tree is facing charges for a felony patrol charge for failure to register as a sex offender, misdemeanor patrol charges, no front license plate, and no seat belt.

Hooper was processed and released on the scene.

 

Joseph Fulk, 41, of Ava, MO is looking at charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, being a prior offender, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, being a prior offender, and felony driving while revoked.

Fulk was cited and released on the scene.

 

42-year-old Larry Casey of Doniphan was arrested by the Highway Patrol for felony failure to register as a sex offender, failure to display valid plates, and no seatbelt.

Casey was taken to the Howell County Jail where he was later released.

 

Finally, Kyle Roberts, 25, of Birch Tree now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and having no seatbelt.

Roberts was cited and released.
