The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a drowning over the weekend on the Eleven Point River in Oregon County.
According to reports, 55-year-old Tammy Owen of Grandview, MO was aboard a 6 person raft when she fell off the raft, went underwater, and drowned.
She was pronounced dead on the scene by the Oregon County Coroner.
