Mountain Home City Council allocates money to Christmas light program

The Mountain Home City Council voted Thursday evening to assign $50,000 to establish a drive-thru style Christmas light display. 

This money will come from unallocated carryover reserves from the city and shouldn’t impact the budget. 

The city would use a very similar project known as White River Wonderland in Batesville which collects $10 per car during the month of December.
