Arkansas, for the second day in a row, has had record hospitalizations.
According to the Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas had 995 new cases of COVID-19 in the state, 562 additional active cases, 59 more hospitalized bringing the total to 1,435 in the hospital, and 8 more people were placed on ventilators.
24 additional Arkansans have died due to the virus.
As for the Missouri numbers, 1,754 new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday.
142 more Missourians have died from COVID-19.
