
A Fulton County man was arrested for sexual assault that occurred in Jan. 2021.
Charges were filed on Monday according to court records.
41-year-old Jeremy Stone is facing a charge of felony sexual assault in the second degree.
A probable cause affidavit states that a minor reported to her counselor that Jeremy Stone had sexual intercourse with her around Jan. 2021.
The minor also stated that it started in 2020 and had happened several times and the last time was in January.
On Aug. 11, Jeremy Stone was read his Miranda warning from a Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Right form.
Stone signed the form and agreed to speak to the Arkansas State Police Crime Against Children Division Investigator Joshua Dixson and Investigator Dale Weaver with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
It was stated by Stone that the two never had intercourse, but did engage in skin-to-skin contact.
The bond for Stone was set at $5000.
