The National Weather Service wants to remind everyone that heat exhaustion or heat strokes can occur when body temperatures become excessively hot.
If you must work outside, take precautions.
Make sure you are fully hydrated and drink plenty of fluids, avoid drinking alcohol or consuming caffeine, wear lightweight, light-colored, and lose clothing, and spend time in the air conditioning.
