Friday afternoon, the Arkansas Department of Health reported 2,866 new cases of COVID-19.
Total active cases also increased by 653.
The COVID-19 updated also says hospitalizations decreased by 1 and those on ventilators fell by 4.
Sadly, an additional 30 people lost their lives on Friday from the virus.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, there are an additional 2,158 new cases on Friday.
The state also reported that an additional 26 Missourians lost their lives from COVID-19.
