The Kansas City Royals earned their first series sweep of the season, and first since last July, with a 5-3 win over Minnesota yesterday at Kauffman. Drew Butera broke a 2-2 tie in the 7th with a 3-run, in-side the park home run. KC will open a series with the Detroit Tigers at Kauffman tonight.
