A Man from Moody has been arrested on Arson charges. 31 year old Jason Sanders was arrested around 8:30 last night by the Highway Patrol. He faces charges of felony resisting arrest in Phelp County and Felony arson 2nd degree in Howell County. He was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
