Troop G of MSHP is reporting two accidents from Wednesday.
According to crash reports, a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 47-year-old Shauna Ward of Hazlegreen, AL was traveling southbound on Highway Y, four miles north of Macomb, MO when she struck a cow in the roadway.
Ward was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Another accident in Douglas County sent a woman to the hospital on Wednesday according to crash reports.
A 2004 Buick Rendevous driven by 41-year-old Brandi Dodds of Cabool, MO was traveling northbound on Highway 181, six miles south of Cabool, when the vehicle she was driving ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, returned to the roadway, crossed the centerline, and ran back off the roadway and overturned.
Dodds was reported to have serious injuries on the scene, she was taken by air evac to Cox South in Springfield for treatment of her injuries.
