The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting an arrest in Shannon County.
According to arrest records, 43-year-old Russell Werger of Eminence, MO is now facing charges of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, failure to drive on the right hand of the roadway, and no seatbelt.
Werger was taken to the Shannon County Jail where he was later released.
