A Winona man was arrest in Shannon County on Sunday.
Arrest records state that 30-year-old Cortney Meyer is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, felony possession of a controlled substance, and failure to display valid registration.
Meyer was cited and later released.
