The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a drug arrest from Thursday.
Arrest records state that 37-year-old Daniel Lakey of Seymour, MO is now facing felony charges for resisting arrest, illegal possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor patrol changes for possession of marijuana, prior offender, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lakey was taken to the Douglas County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
