The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a West Plains woman on Sunday.
According to arrest reports, 40-year-old Samantha Shipton of West Plains, MO was arrested for a felony Howell County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and no seatbelt.
Shipton was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
