The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a crash that killed a man over the weekend.
Crash reports state that a 2011 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by 39-year-old Aaron Stanley of West Plains was traveling eastbound on Business 60, 3 miles east of Mountain Grove when the motorcycle went off the roadway, struck the ground, then hit a utility pole.
The driver was ejected during the crash.
Stanley was pronounced dead on the scene by Texas County Coroner Marie Lasater.
This is reported to be Troop G’s 25 fatalities compared to 31 this time last year.
