
The Strom Prediction Center has placed a large part of our listening area into a possible chance of a tornado.
The latest release was at 2am and includes Fulton, Sharp, Izard, Baxter, and Randolph Counties in Arkansas, while a portion of Oregon County, Howell, Douglas, Ozark, Shannon, and Texas Counties are included in the 10% margin as well.
The highest potential at this time is expected to be around Sunday afternoon lasting through the evening hours.
Remember when a tornado warning is issued, you should go to the most interior room of your home, stay away from windows, or other glass, and protect yourself and your family with pillows and blankets until the all-clear has been given.
If you come across down powerlines, do not touch them, they could still be active.
