MSHP reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 18-year-old Beau Douglas of West Plains was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana – less than ten grams, failure to register a motor vehicle, no seat belt, and no insurance.
Douglas was processed and released.
