A man was arrested in Reynolds County on multiple charges.
According to arrest records, 38-year-old Gilbert Parker of Ellington, MO now faces charges of felony failure to register as a sex offender, misdemeanor failure to register a vehicle annually with the Department of Revenue, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
Parker was taken to the Reynolds County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
