A UTV accident in Ozark County sent one to the hospital on Monday.
According to crash reports, a 2021 Polaris UTV driven by 38-year-old Cassie Wallace of Theodosia, MO, traveled eastbound on US 160 in Theodosia when the UTV driver noticed the driver side door was not completely closed latched.
The driver then opened to door and was ejected onto the roadway, and the vehicle impacted the driver.
38-year-old Wallace was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center by a private vehicle.
