Highway Patrol Reports 3 Felony Arrests

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting three felony arrests in separate cases this weekend locally. Saturday night around 9:30 Troop E reported the arrest of 22 year old Christopher Harlan of Neelyville. Harlan is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone, no seatbelt, fail to register a motor vehicle annually and no insurance. He was taken to Ripley County jail then released.  Then around 1:40 Sunday morning Troop G reported the arrest of 36 year old Victoria Knight of Lawson Missouri, on a felony Saline County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Shannon County jail.  Then just before 9 Sunday morning Troop G reported the arrest of 53 year old Henry Pickett of Chandler Arizona on a felony federal warrnt for drugs. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
