One of two men accused of breaking into a business and stealing items, including a Moped, was in Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday. 28 year old Evan Bowers entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him and was ordered to reappear in circuit court August 2nd.
Two men were developed as suspects in the mid-July theft — Bowers and 39 year old Waylon Myers.
Myers was arrested July 16th and allegedly admitted to his part in the robbery. Several days later, police went to a residence in connection with a separate incident and arrested Bowers.
Bowers allegedly also admitted his part in the theft.
Myers appeared in circuit court July 19th. He was ordered to reappear in court August 23rd.
