The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports an accident that occurred on US 60 in Texas County.
Crash reports show that a 2007 Peterbilt driven by 23-year-old Brady Spain of Miller, MO, traveled westbound on US 60, ¼ of a mile west of Highway AV, when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and overturned.
Spain was reported to have minor injuries on the scene, and it was said that he was seeking his own medical treatment.
