The Highway Patrol arrested a Thayer man on Friday evening.
Arrest records show that 30-year-old Michael Kirk of Thayer was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, speeding, and no driver’s license.
Kirk was taken to the Oregon County Jail, where he was later released.
