The Mammoth Spring School District has had a busy week so far, and it’s only Tuesday.
The November school board meeting was held on Monday evening, and the board had its realignment after last Tuesday’s election.
Alexis Davis won position three, which replaces Steve Russell’s position on the board, which was filled by Brad Washam.
Davis will pick up a final year in the term as president.
Tasha Ward was elected to position four, replacing Donell Russell on the board.
Mrs. Whisnant thanked both of the members for their years of service to the students and patrons of the school district.
Also, the Mammoth Spring High School will be hosting a veterans day assembly.
I spoke to two high school students, Brynn Washam and Savannah Chance, about the event.
